Terms of Sale and Service

Last updated: 14 September 2026

1. Who we are

Zyvorawear is operated by İbrahim Bolcal in Adana, Türkiye. Our store is hosted by Shopify. Your purchase contract is with us, not Shopify. Our contact and postal details are available on our Contact information page.

2. Products and orders

Review the product description, size chart, selected size, colour, price and delivery information before ordering. Screen colours may vary; this does not affect your right to receive goods matching their description. An automated order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order. We confirm acceptance when your order is dispatched. If an item is unavailable or we cannot fulfil an order, we will notify you and refund any payment for the cancelled items.

3. Prices and payment

The currency and order total are displayed at checkout. Review the products, delivery charges and any taxes shown before paying. Payment methods available for your order are displayed at checkout and payments are processed by the payment provider. Your bank may apply currency conversion charges. Any destination import charges not collected at checkout must be disclosed before purchase; contact us if this is unclear.

4. Delivery

See our Shipping policy for delivery arrangements. Products may be dispatched directly by our fulfilment partners in separate parcels. We remain responsible for your order and for resolving delivery problems. For UK consumer orders, goods will be delivered without undue delay and within 30 days unless a different delivery period is expressly agreed before purchase. Risk passes when you, or a person you nominate, physically receives the goods, except where applicable law provides otherwise for a carrier you independently appoint.

5. Cancellation, returns and faulty goods

Our Refund policy explains how to cancel, return goods and obtain a refund. For eligible UK online purchases, you may notify us of cancellation within 14 days after delivery and return the goods within a further 14 days. Statutory rights concerning faulty, damaged or incorrectly described goods remain unaffected. Contact us promptly if there is a problem; a short reporting deadline does not remove your legal rights.

6. Use of the website

Provide accurate order and contact details and use only payment methods you are authorised to use. Do not misuse the website, infringe intellectual property, distribute malicious software or attempt unauthorised access. Third-party sites have their own terms.

7. Privacy

Our Privacy policy explains how personal information is handled.

8. Your rights and changes

Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer protections in your country of residence. Updates apply to future orders; the terms in force when you order apply to that purchase. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply. Contact us using our published contact details to raise a complaint.
