Shipping and Delivery

United Kingdom delivery

Estimated delivery to the United Kingdom is 9–14 calendar days from order confirmation, including order preparation and transit. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. If a product has a different delivery schedule, this must be shown before purchase.

Destinations and charges

We deliver to destinations for which a shipping option is available at checkout. The delivery charge for your address is shown before payment. Do not place an order if your destination has no available delivery option. For destinations outside the United Kingdom, contact editturkiye05@hotmail.com before ordering to confirm delivery timing.

Dispatch and tracking

Orders may be shipped directly by our fulfilment partners and may arrive in separate parcels. We provide available tracking details after dispatch. Tracking updates may take time to appear. Zyvorawear remains your contact for the order and delivery issues.

International shipments

Products may be dispatched from outside your destination country. Customs clearance may affect delivery timing. Any import taxes or duties not collected at checkout must be disclosed before purchase. Contact us before ordering if the charges applicable to your destination are unclear.

Delays, loss and incorrect addresses

Check your address carefully before paying and contact us promptly to request corrections. We cannot guarantee a change after dispatch. If delivery is delayed, tracking stops updating or a parcel is missing, contact us with your order number. We will investigate and arrange the appropriate remedy. Your statutory cancellation and refund rights remain unaffected.

For UK consumer orders, we will deliver without undue delay and within 30 days unless a different delivery period is expressly agreed before purchase. We remain responsible for the goods until you or your nominated recipient physically receives them, except where applicable law provides otherwise for a carrier you independently appoint.
